30 Day Full Refund

    We offer our customers a 30 Day Full Refund for all unopened items and all opened items in unused condition, which are complete with their original packaging and accessories. We'll even refund your original shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. See the Section of this Return Policy entitled "Shipping Costs" for details.

    DEFECTIVE items can be returned directly to Hobby.com within 30 days of your receipt of the item. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

    NON-DEFECTIVE items can be returned directly to Hobby.com within 30 days of your receipt of the item. [All NON-DEFECTIVE returns received beyond this 30 day period are subject to a [XX%] percent restocking fee. - or - will not be refunded, so please do not return such items.]

    Return Conditions and Procedure

    All returns must comply with the following:
     
    • All returned items must be in their original factory condition.
       
    • All items must be returned in their original packaging, include original packing materials, all factory accessories, manuals and other documentation supplied by the manufacturer, including blank warranty and/or product registration card(s).
       
    • Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
       
    • All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). You may apply for an RMA# by emailing sales@hobby.com or calling (631) 845-RACE(7223). NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RMA#. RMA#'s are valid for 14 days from date of issuance.
       
    • Include the following information in your RMA# request: customer name, [invoice / sales order] number, [serial number / name] of product, and nature of the problem.
       
    • Please write the RMA# on the shipping label. (DO NOT write on the item's packaging!). Your return cannot be processed without the RMA# clearly marked on the shipping label.
       
    • All shipping costs for returns are at your expense. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your shipment.

    Shipping Costs

    • We can only refund Original Shipping Costs (defined below) if the return is a result of OUR ERROR (for example, we sent you a different item than the one you ordered). Original shipping costs for returns for any other reason are not refundable.
       
    • "Original Shipping Costs" refers to the amount you paid to us to cover the cost of delivering the item to you. If several items were delivered under one shipment, only the actual shipping cost (as determined by weight) of the in error returned item will be refunded.
       
    • Please advise us if you think the return is a result of our error when you request your RMA, and we will confirm if we agree. Otherwise the item will NOT be considered our error and no shipping charges will be refunded.
